Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation message. If you wish to cancel, just reply to that message on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Parts

To process a return, you must provide a single, unedited unboxing video showing the issue clearly. Returns for other reasons (like change of mind) are not accepted.
